Greetings fellow RuneScaper ! You are currently viewing our Recruitment Thread and we hope you continue reading to get a better understanding of Sovereign Forces' policies, rules and administration. Sovereign Force is a relatively new and therefore small clan, but we aim to become a well-established and structured blooming community in which all of our members will profit. Hey guys, I'm redoing this thread to update it with current information and also because I'm the new head of recruiting

Sovereign Force enforces a few rules. When clan members violate any of these rules, measures will be taken. These range from a simple warning to a permanent ban from the clan.

1. Maintain a positive attitude. Be friendly to your clanmates and above all - have fun. RuneScape is a game, after all.

2. Keep swearing to a minimum. Uttering a few words is no problem, but spamming whole lines of crap will not be tolerated.

3. Respect the official in-game rules.

4. Do not scam or lure your fellow clanmates. Even better - do not scam or lure anyone in-game at all.

5. Discussions on most topics are allowed. Nothing wrong with a heated discussion, but respect the opinions and ideas of others. Stereotyping is allowed to a certain extend, but racism will NOT tolerated.

6. Respect your fellow clanmates. If you have a problem with another member, please contact a leader. If you have a problem with a leader, please contact someone else who is ranked.

7. Do not advertise any websites or services.

8. NO begging - neither for money nor ranks.

9. Join our clan chat as much as possible. We do not mind if you leave our clan chat occasionally, but do not turn it into a habit.

10. Abuse of rank permissions will have consequences - ranging from being deranked to being permanently removed from our clan.

11. Here at Sovereign force we have a NO tolerance policy regarding botting not only does it affect you but it affects the reputation of our entire clan.

These rules are not that hard to abide. Just use your common sense (everyone has common sense), be respectful and friendly - and everything will be fine.

Leaders of Sovereign Force. These ranks make sure the clan runs smoothly and try to improve the clan bit by bit.

Owner
Ultimately responsible for everything.

Deputy Owner
Assisting the leader - help with decision making, appointing new leaders, coming up with new ideas, etc.

Overseer
There will be 3 Overseers - each of them in charge of a team.
1. Recruitment-team: leads a team of Coordinators. Maintains the Recruitment Thread on the RuneScape forums.
2. Event-team: leads a team of Organisers.
3. Citadel-team: leads a team of Administrators. Manages the citadel and makes sure the Administrators take out the Clan Avatar(s).

The Overseers will decide on new team members (when necessary) together with the Deputy Owners and the Owner.

These ranks have one key task and are organised in teams - each team is led by an Overseer. They also maintain order in the clan chat (kicking spammers, etc.).

Coordinator
Member of the recruitment-team. Posts invitations on the forums, bumps the Recruitment Thread and recruit people in the Clan Camp from time to time.

Organiser
Member of the event-team. Organises clan events.

Administrator
Member of the citadel-team. Takes out the Clan Avatar, so members can benefit from the xp bonus. Can lock skill plots if necessary.
Ranking system;
Recruit - Person under observation (1 Week Probationary Period)
Corporal - 3 points, 1 event (shows theyre not just lingering)
Sergeant - 8 points, 3 events
Lieutenant - 25 points, 7 events, recs from certain staff (will clarify soon)
Captain - 50 pts, 20 events, gen reqs
General - T110 points, 50 events, stafff reqs
Leadership Ranks - Special Recognition

Ranking up speed can be increased by showing you are willing to help Sovereign Force to let it become one of the best clans in Runescape. By attending PvM/mini-game events and of course Citadel work!

Special recognition and joint agreement by the leadership committee will be given to those clan mates who have shown exceptional help and dedication to Sovereign Force.
